Job Identification

We are looking for the ASM to be a part of our Sales team located in Shymkent.

What We Expect:

• Reach monthly, quarterly sales plans;
• Lead distributors to improve interactions and increase sales;
• Lead accounting of advertising and coolers, make sure they are effectively placed in sales areas;
• Lead negotiations with key customers, search for ways and opportunities to increase sales;
• Need go on routes together with sales team to control and train them in outlets;
• Arrange and run registration of sales points (EOS) once in two years;
• Track competitors, explore the market, and if so needed, report to the management about opportunities to further promote Company products, as well as about external threats;
• In cooperation with distributors and sales supervisors, make plans to develop the business cope with shortcomings in distributors’ performance;
• Regularly visits customers and negotiate with them to improve interaction and increase Sales and RED score.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (Business Administration, Management, Finance etc.)
• Work experience: at least 3 years in sales management
• People management experience, negotiations skill, strong leadership skills
• English language –Intermediate level and above
