Job Description

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher

• A laptop or PC, electricity, and stable internet access

• Desire to grow within a friendly team

• Basic skills in Excel and other standard software

Working Conditions:

• 12-hour shifts, 15−16 shifts per month: from 8:00 to 20:00 or 10:00 to 22:00 (night shifts also available)

• Pay: 14 060 KZT per shift, then performance-based pay (by coefficient)

• Remote work with 20 paid vacation days per year

• Paid from the first working day

• Training is paid the same as a regular shift

Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries via text (domain: gambling/betting)

• Use predefined response templates and adjust them according to the user’s question
