Responsibilities :-
Preparation of information and reports on certain operational and organizational activities and, if necessary, involves the appropriate sectors for this purpose

Performing other instructions of the first manager (Director)
-
Controlling over timely execution of activities, instructions given by the manager
-
Checking the status and compliance of papers and instructions
-
Preparing meeting reports, collect necessary information from the services/departments
-
Participating in the development and improvement of document management systems and communication (emails, library, external/internal communication)
-
Participation in the preparation and conduct of meetings between services within organization, compiles the activity report of all department
-
Organization of reception of delegations, visits and meeting
-
Implementation of plans and organization of work process, development of measures to improve the management system
-
Kazak, English, Russian speaker
-
Good writing skills

Excel knowledge for graph, table and basic formulas
-
Good presentation

Etique of business communication

Work located to Shymkent with 2 visits per week to Shayan village
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Working hours: 08:00-17:00, working days Mon-Fri
- Work in a stable company
- Transportation and lunch at company's expense
- English course
